Your Campaign Experts Inc. ("the Company") agrees to provide Facebook and Meta (formerly known as Facebook) ad campaign services to the Client, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

The Client agrees to provide the Company with access to their Facebook and/or Meta account(s), including ad account(s) and page(s) associated with the campaign(s), and to provide any additional information or materials necessary for the Company to perform its services.

The Company agrees to use its best efforts to create and manage Facebook and/or Meta ad campaigns for the Client, in accordance with the Client's objectives and instructions.

The Company guarantees that the Client will receive a minimum of 10 leads (For "Local Lead Booster" Package) (and a minimum of 15 leads for "Ultimate Lead Generator" Package) within 60 days of verification of their Facebook/Meta page, provided that the account remains in good standing and the Company is able to run ads on the Client's behalf. If the Client does not receive the minimum number of leads, the Company will issue a refund of the Client's fees for the campaign(s). For certain niches as well as smaller targeted areas these guarantees are not applicable, please ask your representative for more details.

The Client may cancel the services at any time by providing the Company with a 30-day written notice. The Client acknowledges that no refunds will be issued for any fees paid prior to cancellation.

The Client understands that the money back guarantee is void if their account becomes suspended or if the Company is unable to run ads on their behalf for any reason.

The Client agrees to comply with all applicable laws and Facebook/Meta policies, including but not limited to the Facebook Advertising Policies and the Meta Advertising Policies. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims or damages arising from the Client's breach of these policies or any other applicable laws.

The Company may terminate this agreement at any time in the event of a material breach by the Client. The Company may also terminate this agreement at any time without cause upon written notice to the Client. In the event of termination by the Company without cause, the Client will be entitled to a refund of any prepaid fees for services not yet performed.

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral. This agreement may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with same shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, and parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of that Province.
